MICHAEL ZANDL, DAVID EISELE, KOLJA HUNECK

Eine einzigartige Heimwerkererfahrung Handwerk trifft auf Zirkuskunst. In Sawdust Symphony vereinen Michael Zandl, David Eisele und Kolja Huneck ihre Leidenschaft für Werkzeug, frisches Holz und Objektmanipulation. Das zeitgenössische Zirkusstück erzählt vom menschlichen Verlangen nach Beschäftigung, dem Prozess von der ersten Vision zum fertigen Werkstück, der Tragik von Arbeit und der Beziehung zwischen Maschine und Mensch. Sawdust Symphony ist ein intensiver Dialog zwischen Genugtuung, Frustration und dem Geruch von Benzin. Die Künstler lernten sich während des Studiums an der Zirkusschule Codarts Circus Arts in Rotterdam kennen. Sie entdeckten ihre Leidenschaft für das Bauen und Handwerken. Diese Liebe zu Holz, Werkzeugen und Maschinen brachte sie zusammen, und ließ sie 2021 Sawdust Symphony im Kollektiv erschaffen. 60 Minuten, ab 8 Jahren  ___ EN Sawdust Symphony: Craftsmanship confronting circus. In Sawdust Symphony Michael Zandl, David Eisele and Kolja Huneck combine their passion for crafting, fresh wood and object manipulation. The piece talks about the human desire to create: the process from vision to construction, the tragedy of work and the relationship between tools and humans. Obsessed characters discover and transform their space and themselves to take the spectator into a unique DIY experience.
